
A plain language description of each item or service, accompanied by any applicable billing codes, including modifiers, using commonly recognized billing code sets, including the Current Procedural Terminology code, the Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System code, the diagnosis-related group, the National Drug Code, and other nationally recognized identifier. Of the funds available for program year 2019 for statewide activities under section 128(a) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3163(a)), such funds may be used for statewide rapid response activities as described in section 134(a)(2)(A) (29 U.S.C. 3174(a)(2)(A)) for responding to the COVID-19 national emergency. The Secretary shall deem each month for which a loan payment was suspended under this section as if the borrower of the loan had made a payment for the purpose of any loan forgiveness program authorized under part D of title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1087a et seq.) for which the borrower would have otherwise qualified. At the closing of a loan deferred under this subsection, terms shall be set under which the institution shall be required to repay the Secretary for the payments of principal made by the Secretary during the deferment, on a schedule that begins upon repayment to the lender in full on the loan agreement.
Support for Student Loan Borrowers
- If the aggregate amount of qualified contributions made in the contribution year (within the meaning of section 170(d)(1) of such Code) exceeds the limitation of clause (i), such excess shall be added to the excess described in section 170(b)(1)(G)(ii).
- (B) PUBLIC AVAILABILITY.—The Agency shall make publicly available the methodology by which the Agency and minority business centers jointly develop the metrics and goals described in subparagraph (A).

- “(i) IN GENERAL.—A direct primary care service arrangement shall not be treated as a health plan for purposes of subparagraph (A)(ii).
It shall be permissible for a patient’s prior written consent to be given once for all such future uses or disclosures for purposes of treatment, payment, and health care operations, until such time as the patient revokes such consent in writing. If the health plan or issuer has a negotiated rate for such service with such provider, such negotiated rate shall apply. The Secretary may elect not to make information collected under this subsection publicly available if the Secretary determines that disclosure of such information would adversely affect the public health (such as by increasing the possibility of hoarding or other disruption of the availability of the device to patients).

Relief to businesses and organizations
- The provisions of section of the HITECH Act (42 U.S.C. 17932) shall apply to a program or activity described in subsection (a), in case of a breach of records described in subsection (a), to the same extent and in the same manner as such provisions apply to a covered entity in the case of a breach of unsecured protected health information.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, dramatic global reduction in economic activity occurred as a result of the social distancing measures meant to curb the virus.
- The provisions of sections 2 through 5 of this Act (including the amendments made by such sections) shall not supersede any provision of State law which establishes, implements, or continues in effect any requirement or prohibition related to health care price transparency, except to the extent that such requirement or prohibition prevents the application of a requirement or prohibition of such sections (or amendment).
- (b) Applicable period.—For purposes of this section, the applicable period is the period beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act and ending before October 15, 2020.
- The amendments made by subsection (c) shall take effect as if included in the provisions of Public Law 115–97 to which they relate.

(II) has an application Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act for a loan made under section 7(a) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(a)) that is approved or pending approval on or after the date of enactment of this Act. (2) for which the application is approved on or after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator shall, in lieu of the fee otherwise applicable under section 7(a)(18)(A) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(a)(18)(A)), collect no fee or reduce fees to the maximum extent possible. Joe Courtney was the sponsor of this bill when it was introduced on Jan. 24, 2019, but the bill’s text was subsequently replaced with unrelated provisions. A vote in the House of Representatives is expected today or tomorrow, and then the bill will be sent to the President to sign. The passage of the CARES Act will be the third stimulus bill designed to ease the impact on individuals and companies of the COVID-19 pandemic.
